Walter J. Timby, III, LLM (Tax)
Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
​
Walter brings with him a wealth of experience: after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University in 1973 and his Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law in 1976, Mr. Timby became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. In 1989, he also became a member of the New Jersey Bar.
​
He is a member of the Philadelphia, Delaware County, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Defense Research Institute.
​
Mr. Timby is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Well-versed in all aspects of law, he is knowledgeable in litigation.
​
Mr. Timby spent his first 30 years as a defense attorney handling asbestos, personal injury, employment discrimination, and catastrophic injury claims. During that time, Mr. Timby tried hundreds of cases to verdict. Mr. Timby continues to handle cases through trial and arbitration. but primarily on behalf of plaintiffs.
​
Mr. Timby has authored two treatises, The Employment Law Handbook and The Family Medical Leave Act: The Legislation and What The Future Holds.

Paul Fellman
Licensed in Pennsylvania

Paul is a Senior Associate in Gibson & Perkins’ Litigation Department where he represents clients in personal injury, legal malpractice, and general liability matters. The pride he takes in his work is reflected in the results he achieves for his clients.
​
Paul' enjoys the complex nature of legal malpractice matters and takes each case as an opportunity to deepen his knowledge of the law.
​
In addition to his trial practice, Paul has experience in the area of appellate practice. Paul has argued cases before Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court, Superior Court, and Commonwealth Court. While attending law school, Paul served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Henry duPont Ridgely of the Delaware Supreme Court.
